Lavender & Lace has evolved to become a premier wedding floral design company in Central Florida. With the love of flowers, creativity, and hard work, Stephanie has found success. Stephanie enjoys making each event a unique representation of her clients. When not designing weddings Stephanie enjoys boating, playing tennis and traveling.
Johanna Roudea
Master Designer
Johanna and Stephanie became associates in floral design school. She is very talented and fast on her feet. On your wedding day Johanna is on the go making every detail perfect. She is the mother of two beautiful girls. When she is not working, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
Mr. Maurice
Multi Media Vice President
Maurice is the one with the ideas and experience. He is the multi media solution. The specialist when it comes to weddings. He enjoys taking pictures, flying his drone and of course boating. We enjoy his positive spin to every detail, and his great ideas.
Christine Cline
Creative Sales & Marketing
Christine handles our social media marketing strategies and vendor partnerships. Christine is also a current client planning her wedding, and is so excited to share Lavender & Lace with other Central Florida brides. In her free time she enjoys baking and hanging out with family.
